Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Provides accurate information to resolve customer inquiries.
Helps organize customers onto university vehicles.

Escalates issues to customer service leaders or to central units.
Redirects customers as best as possible for out-of-scope inquiries.
Triages questions and concerns; provides detailed information on items escalated to other business units.
