About the role

  • Part time positions start at a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Senior Commercial Loan Processor ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT This position will be the primary resource for facilitating commercial loan closings in the department and must work closely with all lending and credit personnel.
  • They will interact with internal and external members, vendors, and attorneys on a continual basis and always provide superior service levels.

Requirements

  • Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years credit union, retail banking or mortgage experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Commercial Lending Loan Origination with a similar size Financial Institution.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience with commercial construction lending.
  • Strong background in core processing systems, particularly Miser and nCino or the ability to quickly learn applicable systems and software.
  • Advanced knowledge of VyStar policies and procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and email programs.
  • Knowledgeable with loan documents, reports and closing procedures.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate support staff.
