Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize intake and quality control procedure for circuit boards, optomechanical components, and subassemblies.
- Set up workbench and build fixtures for system assembly, calibration and test.
- Manage and optimize intake and incoming quality control of prototype parts, circuit boards, and subassemblies.
- Manage Lidar system outgoing quality control and engineering sample fulfillment.
- Support engineering and lab operations:
- Operate and maintain custom electro-optical test setup for system calibration, characterization and performance evaluation.
- Support system engineering lab equipment and ensure facility stays organized and functional.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or diploma in engineering related field or equivalent experience in a hardware lab or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- While prior experience is not required, a strong interest in emerging technologies and willingness to learn are essential.
- Able to work under general supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

Compensation
- $40k-$45k
