About the role

  • The Electrical Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of electrical projects within TEiC, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the ES Operation Manager, this role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Archive project documents and deliverables upon project completion for future reference.
  • Manage client expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality standards.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in industrial construction.
  • Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) required prior to hire or within 30 days of onboarding.
