About the role
- The Inventory Specialist is tasked with managing the inventory for our Midland, TX warehouse.
- This role involves tracking incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring the warehouse is organized, and assisting with inventory management in NetSuite and UpKeep.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for inventory management, including demand forecasting and reorder point analysis.
- Utilize the NetSuite Inventory Management application as well as UpKeep to track and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform periodic inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific projects.
- Keep to assigned schedule to best support the position's workgroup and related departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, accounting, or warehouse support required.
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to quickly resolve urgent requests.
- fluency in English is required.
- Outstanding work ethic and integrity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Humble and service-minded with strong interpersonal skills, focused on providing the highest level of customer service, team-oriented, and receptive to direction from all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite, UpKeep, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
