About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to help drive smarter decisions
- Partner with Plant Management to deliver productivity savings and meet budget commitments
- Lead and coordinate plant‑wide budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain precise records of assets, liabilities, and transactions in alignment with corporate standards
- Develop and maintain cost standards for all products produced
- Support internal and external audits
- As the Plant Controller, you'll be a key strategic partner on the management team, helping maximize profitability, strengthen financial performance, and guide the plant toward its goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or controlling
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - Accounting preferred
- Good level of English is required (due to the presence of part of the team in Ontario and the United States, which requires fluent communication)
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CGMA, or CMA
