  • STV is seeking a professional Water/Wastewater Engineering Specialist to join our Water/Wastewater division in either Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities

  • Production of contract documents including plans and specifications
  • Perform pipeline hydraulic flow and pressure calculations.
  • Perform pump calculations and develop system curves for sizing pumps.
  • Water and Wastewater treatment process engineering and design support.
  • Prepares construction and design cost estimates.
  • Develops project specific specifications.
  • Perform engineering duties in planning and designing water and wastewater pipelines, pumping, storage, and treatment systems.
  • Makes site visits during design and construction to inspect facilities.
  • Review construction shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project design documents.

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University or NCEES equivalent.
  • Experience or specific course work in water and wastewater systems is a plus.
  • Successful completion of the FE exam (EIT) or the ability to complete in the first 6 months.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS is a plus.
  • Participation in AWWA, WEF, ASCE and other professional organizations as well as joining a committee would be a plus.

Compensation

  • $64,848.58 - $74,112.66
  • The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.
  • Please note that the final salary offered for this position may be outside of this published range based on many factors, including but not limited to geography, education, experience, and/or certifications.
  • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year)
