About the role

  • You will play a critical role in the execution of strategic initiatives-bringing analytical rigor, structured thinking, and project leadership to some of the company's most important priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation of new business opportunities, including new verticals, geographies, and products, through market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive research.
  • Drive operational and revenue optimization initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to improve business models, processes, and service delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive projects from analysis through execution, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and progress is tracked.
  • Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your "go-to" person for questions.

Requirements

  • Develop clear recommendations for strategic initiatives by assessing alternatives, building business cases, and identifying actions required to implement proposed solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
  • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in Payments industries is a strong plus
  • Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or in investment banking/private equity is a strong plus.
  • MBA preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$175,000 plus bonus and benefits.
  • Build financial impact assessments that capture expected benefits (e.g., revenue growth, margin expansion, cost efficiencies) and required investments.
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
