About the role
- You have the latitude and are called upon to take charge of the immediate needs of members and clients by offering simple and rapid solutions in terms of investment, financing and protection, all in line with the action plan.
- You draw on your interpersonal savvy and communication skills to ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization's standards and procedures.
- You assist members and clients, providing excellent customer service.
