About the role
- We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on high-value accounts within the US Mid-Size Law Firm segment.
- You will work alongside the VP of Sales to execute a sales strategy that results in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace
- Honest seller approach, consulting internally to ensure we deliver on our promises
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and "get things done" without an established regional template
- Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset
- What you can look forward to:
Nice to have
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to legal or regulated industries
Skills
- Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools
Compensation
- Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements, fun work environment
- The expected compensation range is USD 220,000 OTE and USD 270,000 OTE.
- Eligible employees may also receive incentives and benefits as part of the total compensation package.
