Responsibilities

Collaborative problem-solving: partner with cross-functional teams and other analytics professionals to identify high-impact business opportunities and frame analytical problems that align with organizational goals.
Data acquisition and preparation: obtain, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from diverse sources to ensure robust data pipelines. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
Deployment and maintenance: deploy models as proofs of concept and collaborate with IT engineers to integrate models into production environments. Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continued effectiveness.
Data visualization and reporting: create compelling dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholder, translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Thought leadership and advocacy: promote data-driven decision-making across the organization by leading workshops, developing tutorials, and sharing best practices in data science.
Prior experience in consulting roles, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and deliver data-driven solutions.
Advanced modeling: develop, validate, and deploy models to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, Java)
Practical experience with data extraction, cleaning, and analysis

Nice to have

Expertise in working with cloud environments (e.g., Azure ML, Databricks) and managing production deployments.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Domain knowledge in the airline industry or related fields is highly desirable.
