About the role
- This role ensures platform stability, performance, and security while partnering with Finance and IT stakeholders on the design and future development of multi‑dimensional cubes that support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Responsibilities
- Platform Administration & Support
- Administer and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environments, including system configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Provide production support for planning models, resolving issues related to data loads, cube calculations, user access, and reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain multi‑dimensional TM1 cubes, including dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feeders.
- Develop and enhance TurboIntegrator (TI) processes and chores for data integration and automation.
- Optimize cube performance and scalability to support evolving business requirements.
- Manage role‑based security, user access, and object permissions within Planning Analytics.
- Support audits, controls, and documentation standards related to financial systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting teams to translate planning and reporting requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 or equivalent.
- Strong experience with multi‑dimensional cube modeling, including rules, feeders, and TI processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP data integrations and relational data sources.
Nice to have
- Minimum 6+ years of experience where role is supporting Finance/Accounting (preferably in manufacturing)
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum 18hrs Accounting credits).
- Exposure to enterprise planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting).
- Experience with Power Bi and other Power applications
- Familiarity with ITIL, SOX, or formal change management processes.
