Responsibilities

  • In coordination with the Senior Director, develop and carry out plans for culture and retention of team members.
  • Complete ABA assessments for incoming clients as needed to support the BCBA team for growth and future caseload development.
  • Implement Family Guidance Programming for incoming clients as needed to support the BCBA team for growth and development.
  • Answer BCBA questions regarding treatment plans including both programming for skill acquisition, implementing teaching procedures, creating, or editing behavior support plans, and other topics.
  • The Director of ABA Services will provide specific needs within the applied behavior analysis (ABA) program at The Behavior Exchange as directed by the ABA Clinical Line Lead.
  • The Director of ABA Services will assist in building team atmosphere, understand and be proactive in the needs of therapists and the company, and provide leadership within their specific discipline.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with either the ABA Clinical Line Lead and/or Senior Director for clinical streamlining.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
  • Greater than three years of experience treating in the field of ABA.
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
  • Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Nice to have

  • Greater than three years of experience treating at Pediatrics Plus, preferred.
