About the role

  • As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team.
  • You will also be accountable for the loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
  • This is a new store location therefore the selected Store Manager will be trained and developed in one of our lower mainland locations until the store set-up begins.

  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

  • Generally, the hiring range for this position is $58,000 to $62,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
