About the role

- As our Sales Manager, West, you'll stand at the helm of a high-octane team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

Requirements
- You MUST be based in Chicago or west (CT/MT/PT)
- you are a coach, a mentor, and a talent scout.
- You have 7+ years of smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS world and at least 3 years of experience leading teams of this caliber.

- Range: $227,520 - $316,000 USD OTE
- Our salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location.
