  • The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead and optimize all aspects of the company's end-to-end supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard

Nice to have

  • 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a management role within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
  • Broad supply chain knowledge from component procurement to distribution to retailers.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems and MRP (e.g., Microsoft AX and SAP Public Cloud version).
  • Ability to multitask and identify interrelated aspects of elements of a project.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain or a related technical field preferred.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 USD.
