About the role
- The Talent Sourcing team is critical to the continued success at Biogen and our future growth plans.
- As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will be a strategic talent advisor who specializes in talent identification, outreach, and engagement efforts focused on our Commercial vertical.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-prong sourcing strategies for assigned searches and priority talent segments

Requirements
- You are an agile learner with sound judgment and prioritization skills, and you use data, market insights, and funnel metrics to guide decisions and communicate progress clearly.

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 10 + years of sourcing/recruiting experience in agency/executive search or corporate environments
- Experience conducting market research, mapping organizations, name generation, and candidate d evelopment
Compensation
- Tuition reimbursement of up to $10,000 per calendar year
