About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and seamless candidate experience.
This is a highly dynamic role requiring the ability to adapt quickly, balance multiple competing priorities, and collaborating closely with teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who is keenly detailed-oriented, proactive in getting information needed, and is passionate about delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Deliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle.
Support People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
You will also have the opportunity to support university recruiting initiatives, sourcing efforts, and more.

Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience
or associate degree and 2+ years of experience
or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordination in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.
Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

The base salary range for this role is $28.00-$40.00 hourly.
Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
