About the role

  • As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality hiring process and seamless candidate experience.
  • This is a highly dynamic role requiring the ability to adapt quickly, balance multiple competing priorities, and collaborating closely with teams.
  • The ideal candidate is someone who is keenly detailed-oriented, proactive in getting information needed, and is passionate about delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle.
  • Support People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
  • You will also have the opportunity to support university recruiting initiatives, sourcing efforts, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • or associate degree and 2+ years of experience
  • or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordination in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $28.00-$40.00 hourly.
  • Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
  • Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
  • In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
