About the role
- The Director will report to Mike Bajalia (Pastor of Ministry) and steward an annual missions and outreach budget of approximately $600,000.
- Provide on-the-ground leadership for select trips each year.
- Steward all accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting for missions trips.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of ministry experience, with at least some leadership or project-management responsibility.
- Sound judgment with the ability to act independently while maintaining appropriate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capacity to learn church-specific platforms (Planning Center, BambooHR, Ramp, etc.).
- Familiarity with Assemblies of God doctrine, polity, and missions framework.
- Required
- A clear personal calling to ministry, with particular passion for missions and outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead volunteer teams and develop other leaders.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven capacity to create, analyze, and manage operating budgets.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through
