Lead a team of Product Managers to define and maintain a clear product strategy for enterprise SaaS products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business outcomes.
Guide and support Product Managers in evaluating product capabilities, identifying limitations, and considering vendor direction to inform strategic decisions.
Enable Product Managers to collaborate with product owners in prioritizing the scrum team's backlog prior to sprint planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships to understand and address product needs.

Strategic planning, execution and management of an operational department focused on understanding the business need.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
Experience with technical project methodologies (agile, waterfall)
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
Bachelor's degree required.
Commensurate experience is an acceptable substitute for area of study.
10 + years of experience working with products, demonstrating solid track record.
At least 5 Years of direct product management experience handling multiple enterprise-level products.
Certification:

As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role.
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
Range: $130,200-$143,900
