Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CS Insights and Account Leads to transform the customer experience.
  • During briefing sessions, independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical outlines that leverage multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesive story.
  • Simplify and visualize data, uncover key insights, and translate complex findings into compelling business stories that answer client questions and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, solve business challenges, and help clients make informed decisions. Demonstrate the ability to connect data points into a clear narrative that supports business objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through analyses and delivery of relevant and impactful insights.
  • Lead generation: Identify revenue leads in an independent way and take ownership in partnering with AD to convert these into revenue opportunities.
  • Lead by example, guide and coach junior members.
  • Lead Thought Leadership Projects.
  • Client briefing: Ensure client briefing is received as per the briefing form with all areas filled. Ask questions to client to probe and understand the real issue. Guides and supports junior on the same.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources and tell a cohesive story that answers business questions and supports strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all multiple data sources that are relevant to the client.

Nice to have

  • supporting them for informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data with NIQ tools, following NIQ standards.
  • You'll also be responsible for strong execution of the Service Model as well as guiding and coaching more junior members.
  • Prior experience with NIQ (or similar) solutions preferred in the analytics space, including POS/Panel Data.
  • Masters's degree a plus.

Compensation

  • This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800 - $83,000.
