About the role
- As the People & Talent Manager, US you will be responsible for leading the delivery of People & Talent services across the US, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle.
- The role also acts as a key connector between the US business and global People strategy.
- Oversee recruitment delivery and workforce planning, supporting strong hiring outcomes and capability needs
Responsibilities
- Act as the key People & Talent partner for US leaders and teams, providing practical, commercially aligned HR advice
- Lead and develop the US People team, driving performance, accountability, and a high‑performing culture
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with US employment laws and effective risk management
- Support engagement, performance, and development initiatives, reinforcing culture and company values
- Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and implement targeted talent strategies
- Support performance and remuneration processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Lead local HR initiatives and contribute to global People projects, driving continuous improvement and alignment across regions
- Strong leadership and coaching capability, with experience building high-performing, engaged teams
- Deep knowledge of US HR practices and employment law, with proven ability to manage risk and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally, translating plans into practical, hands-on delivery
Compensation
- Generous paid time off, 12 company holidays, and two paid Nurture days per year
