About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in patient care meetings to provide pharmacy expertise and support.
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and monitor results for pharmaceutical testing.
- Support pharmacists in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience preparing parenteral/enteral medications, including IV antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents.
- Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and pharmacy software programs.
- Experience in infusion pharmacy operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team environment.
- Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Active pharmacy technician license with Florida Board of Pharmacy or LPN with Florida Board of Nursing.
- Preferred:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
