Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments supporting mission and training operations.
- Manage user accounts, system access, operating system configurations, and routine system maintenance activities.
- Support virtualization platforms, including VMware, KVM, and Xen, to maintain efficient and scalable computing environments.
- Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to support infrastructure operations and technology integration efforts.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
- Support infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities to ensure mission readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2yrs experience working with computer systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server / operating systems engineering, and administration.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud, physical, and virtual network architect, engineering, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Expertise with hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, and Xen
