Responsibilities
- Lead with influence and expertise
- Partner on Workday releases, improvements, and digital enablement efforts that reduce friction, improve self‑service, and increase transparency
- Use technology, analytics, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and employee support.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure programs are administered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with organizational goals

Requirements
- A balance of analytical rigor and employee empathy-you can handle complexity without losing sight of the human experience
- Ability to translate strategy into action and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate audits, filings, required notices, and reporting with vendors and external partners, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, assess impact, and provide clear recommendations to leadership on required or optional program changes
- Remote, but must be commutable distance to Providence, RI to attend quarterly meetings.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- professional certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CBP) a plus
