About the role

We are looking for a lean supervisor within manufacturing plant.
As a core driver of lean management, the Lean Supervisor is responsible for enhancing production operational efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing processes through systematic metrics control, project implementation, lean training, and activity planning.
The estimated salary range is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experience.

Lead the development of department-level lean management metrics, breaking them down to team levels.
Use visual management boards (e.g., QCDIP) to track metrics achievement in real-time and provide data support for management decision-making.
Identify high-value improvement opportunities and lead or participate in lean improvement projects (e.g., efficiency, cycle time, quality).
Develop project plans and drive implementation, utilizing methodologies like DMAIC and PDCA.
Consolidate project experiences and develop replicable improvement models, promoting best practices across business lines.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Certification in lean production, Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred).
Over 3 years of work experience in manufacturer, leading or assisting in cross-departmental lean improvement projects (e.g., 5S, TPM, VSM, SMED, standardized work).

Proficient in using Excel and other data analysis tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Clear logic and structured expression skills.
Proficient in using lean tools like A3 reports, standardized work, ECRS.
