About the role
- The Senior UX Designer will shape the user experience for our SaaS web products as an individual contributor.

- As a Senior UX Designer, you'll directly shape how thousands of IT professionals experience our tools every day, influencing product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Honesty: You communicate transparently and build trust through your actions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine project requirements and ensure alignment with business and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and user flows.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input to ensure the product meets both user expectations and business goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams, answering questions about design implementation and ensuring the final product looks and feels great.
- Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
- Collaborate in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other relevant activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Working closely with engineering, you'll ensure successful design implementation throughout the product lifecycle.
- How you might spend your day: Collaborate with Product Managers to refine project requirements and ensure alignment with business and user needs.
Requirements
- A portfolio (including at least one case study that showcases your UI and UX abilities) must be provided with your application for candidacy consideration.
