- Job Description Summary Prescient Holdings Group (PHG) is a healthcare company providing pharmaceutical management solutions to payers, patients, and providers.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Monitors and anticipates current and future marketplace trends, including the regulatory environment, evolving business conditions, customer needs, opportunities and issues.
Responsibilities
- Must provide adequate support to internal clients; be available for regular interactions and coordination of work with other employees, colleagues, clients, or vendors; as well as be available to facilitate effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders.

- Leads the development and maintainanance of PHG formularies, utilization management, specialty drug lists and other key drug lists important to internal and client needs.
- Provides information to support sales proposals and BAFOs as assigned.
- Leads clinical and rebate consultative services related to drug market trends, drug pipeline and forecasting.
- Manages related analytic needs to support recommendations being considered by assigned clients that align with both the clients' and the company's mutual goals of lower net costs and high clinical quality.

- Education and/or Experience
- (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Supervisory experience may be substituted with 10 years of MedImpact experience plus an appropriate external leadership training program and internal mentorship with a seasoned leader at the Director level or above that must be completed within 12 months in new position.
- Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint software. The individual must also be capable of becoming proficient with internal systems such as MedOptimize or other business intelligence software, as well as with proprietary MedImpact systems such as MedAccess and systems/databases used by MedImpact Formulary Services.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license in any state of the US
- Other Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in a wide variety of business and professional settings.
Nice to have
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
