About the role

  • Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Case Coordinator to be responsible for the management of cases under the supervision of a licensed clinical provider or department head.
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-4p Location: Leominster, MA Pay: $20-$23 hourly, based on education and experience Key Responsibilities: The Case Coordinator carries a caseload assigned by the supervisor, director, or department head.

Responsibilities

  • Trains the managers, DSP leads, etc. on any plans, or individual specific training, when applicable.
  • Monitors, verifies, and documents various levels of programmatic or clinical support or service provision.
  • Communicates and collaborates with both internal and external team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintains ethical and professional boundaries and guidelines.
  • Perform any additional job responsibilities assigned by supervisors or team leaders to support the organization's smooth operation.

  • The Case Coordinator will work collaboratively with all internal and external team members to offer support where needed.

Requirements

  • Must have satisfactory background checks
  • Completes all required documentation.
  • Must meet the Registered Behavior Technician requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Compensation

  • $20-$23 hourly, based on education and experience
