Requirements
- Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire
- Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
Nice to have
- High school diploma required
- bachelor's degree preferred
Skills
- Educate and communicate with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based, client-focused approach
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles based on the unique needs and challenges of each prospect
- Understand various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions
- Update client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate
- Consistently achieve monthly new business sales goals

- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in completing tasks and meeting goals
- Creative problem-solver with the confidence to effectively handle client escalations
- Strong customer service skills that enhance the overall sales process and client experience

Compensation
- $45,000 to $55,000, plus new business commission
- Competitive pay
- Earning potential: Up to $100,000+ with commissions
- 11.5 paid holidays per year
