Are you passionate about creating mobile games that captivate millions of players around the world?
IGG Canada is looking for a Game Designer to join our growing team in Vancouver.

Gameplay Feature Design: Design engaging gameplay features that enhance player enjoyment and retention, under the direction of the Lead Designer.
Player Experience: Ensure game mechanics, level progression, and in-game systems deliver a rewarding and immersive experience.
Documentation: Prepare gameplay and system function documents, along with related art resource requirements, ensuring the final in-game functionality meets expectations.
Project Coordination: Drive system projects to completion, liaising with art and programming teams to ensure timely delivery.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize AI tools to support game design workflows by creating effective prompts, generating design references, exploring gameplay concepts, drafting documentation, and accelerating iteration.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team.
Design engaging gameplay features that enhance player enjoyment and retention, under the direction of the Lead Designer.
Ensure game mechanics, level progression, and in-game systems deliver a rewarding and immersive experience.
Drive system projects to completion, liaising with art and programming teams to ensure timely delivery.

Passion for mobile games with a strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, player experience, and progression systems.
Actively play mobile games and demonstrates the ability to analyze game systems and features.
Experience playing SLG titles such as Kingshot, Whiteout Survival, Lands of Jail or similar games is considered an asset.

Experience designing systems for SLG mobile games is strongly preferred.
Experience with live-service mobile games or ongoing game operations is an asset.
