About the role
- We are looking for special counsel or associates with at least six years of law firm experience to join our market-leading and growing Real Estate Department in either NY or DC. Candidate must have significant experience representing lenders in commercial real estate loans (construction loan experience preferred but not required) and be committed to
- focusing at least 60% of their time on lender-side work. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation
- $310,000 - $435,000 USD
- 1st year: $225,000
- 2nd year: $235,000
- 3rd year: $260,000
