Working within a collaborative team environment in the alarm monitoring center (Central Station) that maintains a 24/7 operation providing schedules that are focused on providing a solid work-life balance.
Based within our award-winning alarm monitoring center, our Protection Specialists perform a pivotal role in processing and responding to customer alarm activations presented via our state-of-the-art automation software.
This high energy call center role is designed with a dedicated approach to creating a superb customer experience, coupled with a focus on creating an impressive environment for our team members to be successful within.

This is a position within a highly regulated business that requires the successful completion of a drug test, comprehensive background screen and ability to gain all state licenses.
Speed and accuracy -A minimum typing speed of 35 wpm is required.
