About the role
- Cottonwood Residential is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Orchards at Cherry Creek Park Apartments in Centennial, CO.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service with the support of the Service Manager while following Company standards.
- Perform repairs that may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry work related to household, building, and property grounds repairs.
Requirements
- We will lean on your innovation, desire to learn, and ability to work hard to continue to improve the customer experience at our communities.
- Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- EPA certification Type II or Universal is required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
