About the role
- The General Manager for Azzurra, serves as the trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and oversees all day-to-day operations of a luxury high rise residential community.
Responsibilities
- Manage operating and reserve budgets exceeding $7 million, ensuring financial integrity, forecasting accuracy, and effective cost controls.
- Lead responses to HOA litigation, construction/structural defect matters, and other legal or technical issues as they arise.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and community partners.
Requirements
- Experienced Leader: Proven success managing large or complex residential communities, ideally high-rise, luxury, or hospitality environments.
Nice to have

- Minimum of a CMCA.
Skills
- Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing large budgets ($7M+).
Compensation
- available for evening board meetings and special events.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all building operations, resident services, and onsite staff.
- Serve as the Board's primary advisor, offering clear guidance, sound judgment, and well-reasoned recommendations.
