Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree, with an expected graduation date by June 2027
- Demonstrated leadership experience - in school, work, athletics, research, entrepreneurship, or the community
- Passion for solving complex problems

- Enthusiasm for Axon's Mission and Core Values
- Start Date: August 2027
- rotations may include other offices such as Scottsdale, Seattle, Washington DC, London, Ho Chi Minh City and Sydney. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. - 15+ participants with a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds
- Mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders, including Axon President Josh Isner.
- LDP-specific programming (panels, speaker sessions, mentorship program) focused on career development and leadership training
Compensation
- $60,000 - $96,000 USD
