rotations may include other offices such as Scottsdale, Seattle, Washington DC, London, Ho Chi Minh City and Sydney. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Travel: This role requires domestic and/or international travel

Note: This role is open to all qualified applicants, including international applicants from non-U.S. colleges and universities. We are able to host J-1 Exchange Visitors through a designated sponsor organization. Applicants must meet the requirements for a J-1 program.

15+ participants with a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds
Mentorship from an extensive network of LDP alumni and senior leaders, including Axon President Josh Isner.
LDP-specific programming (panels, speaker sessions, mentorship program) focused on career development and leadership training
