About the role
- The Regional Director is accountable for full regional business performance, strategy, and growth across a multi-site pharmacy network.
- The role operates as the senior leader for the region, translating enterprise strategy into local execution while influencing corporate decisions through deep market and operational insight.
- Define and execute regional growth strategy, including market expansion, new site development, capacity optimization, and customer segment prioritization aligned with enterprise objectives
Responsibilities
- Own full regional P&L,including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost structure, and capital deployment across all assigned pharmacy sites
- outcomes, establishing clear performance expectations and driving accountability through a structured operating cadencewhile providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and escalation support
- Develop and lead a high-performing leadership bench across the region, ensuring strong succession pipelines and scalable leadership capability
- Serve as a key contributor to enterprise operations strategy, providing input into network design, operating model evolution, and long-term growth planning
- Influence and prioritize capital investment decisions across the region, including facility upgrades, equipment, and expansion initiatives to support growth and efficiency
- Maintain readiness for internal audits, state inspections, and external reviews, providing oversight and follow-through to ensure successful outcomes

- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience leading multi-site or regional operations with full P&L accountability
- Demonstrated success driving business growth, margin expansion, and operational transformation across distributed teams
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in a highly regulated setting
