Responsibilities

  • Own communications both to and from our CEO, knowing when to escalate or handle on your own.
  • Support ad hoc projects across recruiting, legal, finance and business operations.
  • Own complex calendar management, prioritization, and scheduling for internal and external teams.
  • Manage travel planning and logistics, ensuring smooth execution for those on our team + prospective candidates.
  • You'll be a strategic partner and force-multiplier - in the room for big decisions, seeing how the whole business operates, and having a direct hand in shaping where we go next.
  • As an Executive Assistant at David AI, you'll largely support our CEO and internal teams by owning calendars, communications, travel, and the day-to-day operations of the office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • you know when to escalate and when to act independently.
