Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification or have the ability to obtain within a year of employment
- 4 years of relevant land development engineering experience in the following areas:

- Central Texas market experience, particularly the San Antonio and Austin regions
- Familiarity with local and state permitting agencies and development regulations
