  • We are looking for an organized shipping clerk to handle all the service order shipments - including ordered and fabricated parts to pack list specifications.
  • When needed this person will assist the shipping coordinator in the responsibilities for arranging over dimensional and other contract-based shipments based on production schedule and customer demands. The shipping clerk is also responsible for tracking shipments.
  • Also, when required this employee will need to assist in arranging inbound freight from Munter's vendors.
  • Create all required shipping documents for all outbound loads (BOLs, pack list, NAFTA/USMCA, Commercial Invoices, etc.)
  • Promptly ship all service orders, following the process until completion.
  • Package all outgoing service orders properly (banding, wrapping, shrink wrapping, crating, etc.)
  • Handle all return shipments and documentation.
  • Communicate all shipment tracking and follow up with the appropriate personal.
  • Resolve/report any issues during transit.
  • Prepare shipping quotes for service personal and/or customers.
  • Handle all freight claims until resolved.
  • Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
  • Prepare reports for management.

  • A great shipping clerk can successfully multitask several tasks at once.
  • The shipping clerk should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
  • They should be able to assist in the prompt resolution of any issues and have strong negation skills.
  • Excellent communication skill is a must.
  • Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
  • Computer literacy skills.
