Responsibilities
- You'll lead a customer-facing product area at TextNow. Scope will be defined at offer and calibrated to your strengths alongside the company's highest-impact opportunities. We craft roles around leaders - not the other way around.
- Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes for a key product area
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Leadership teams
- Drive experimentation, prioritization, and iteration using both qualitative and quantitative inputs
- You build for users, not at them, and consistently identify meaningful customer problems
- You'll lead a customer-facing product area at TextNow.
- Customer insight guides decisions, while metrics validate direction
- We value speed, ownership, and building over bureaucracy
- AI usage: We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.

- You have strong product instincts and high standards for quality and execution
- You know how to prioritize effectively and communicate tradeoffs clearly
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this role is:
- United States (NYC, CT, NJ, Seattle, LA, San Diego): USD $161,700 - $231,000
- United States (San Francisco / Bay Area): USD $176,400 - $252,000
- United States (All other areas not listed above): USD $147,000 - $210,000
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
