About the role

  • The TM - Associate Manager, Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and performance of Team Eaton.
  • This role ensures transportation solutions for Eaton are accurately maintained and operate efficiently through consistent adherence to standard work processes.
  • This position is hybrid at Uber Freight's Center of Excellence in Rogers, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop direct reports through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, mentoring, and ongoing feedback
  • Develop and distribute customer-facing reports and internal performance management reporting
  • Maintain and update the Transportation Management System (TMS), including rates, SRG, OCA, FAM, SPT, and related configurations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners through professional and timely communication
  • Experience developing KPIs and operational reporting
  • Experience coaching and developing employees

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related operations environment
  • Previous leadership experience (1+ years leading people, coaching/training employees, or supervising operations)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration or Operations Management
  • 5+ years of transportation/logistics experience
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
  • Tableau or other reporting/dashboard tools
  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • Experience managing customer relationships
  • Cross-functional leadership experience.
