About the role
- Guggenheim Securities ("GS") is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Commercial Services investment banking team in Chicago.
- Our Vice Presidents play an integral role in evolving and enhancing our client relationships and are active participants throughout the life of a transaction and beyond.
- Our Vice Presidents benefit tremendously from the experience and partnership they have with our Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, Associates and Analysts.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior professionals to support financial analyses, advisory transactions and highlight key takeaways
- Build client relationships through effective dialogue with client finance and accounting teams
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience or an MBA with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in IB
- Sell-side advisory experience, including successful track record of closed M&A transactions
- SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment
