Responsibilities

  • Support development of product messaging and positioning by translating complex concepts into clear, customer-facing language.
  • Be the lead creative on assigned brands, identifying content optimization opportunities & presenting creative to clients
  • Work with designers to create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our clients' target audiences
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging across campaigns and channels.
  • Write and refine SEO-conscious content to support organic traffic and discoverability.
  • Deliver with speed through AI augmentation
  • Collaborate with brand and media teams to deliver an integrated approach to client success

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience writing across multiple formats (digital, web, email, campaigns, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams ( Brand, media, development ).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-tools and how to use them to scale your work efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Agency, B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, or platform-based companies.
  • Experience writing for performance marketing (ads, websites, marketplaces ).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
