Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted strategic partner to our enterprise and cybersecurity clients, their executive teams, and drive communications strategies that will help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage budgets and team resources.
  • Drive client calls, team planning sessions, new business pitches, end-of-month reporting, and invoicing
  • Conceptualize inventive influencer strategies and drive influencer engagement
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports as well as mentor Account Managers and Senior Associates
  • Drive new business development by analyzing RFPs, crafting compelling proposals, and delivering persuasive client pitches

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of communications or PR agency experience, preferably with enterprise and cybersecurity companies or related industries
  • Experience running integrated PR programs, including paid content
  • Demonstrated experience developing, directing, and executing strategic communications programs that blend PR, content marketing, social media, and data
  • Experience helping disruptive technology companies develop compelling messaging, storylines, and thought leadership platforms
  • Are passionate about how these technologies are redefining how we live and work.
  • Established relationships with top-tier trade media and bloggers, vertical market media, and national and local business media
  • Experience working with household names and emerging/disruptor brands in B2B technology, including data and cloud infrastructure, applied AI, cybersecurity, business process optimization, SaaS and other key elements of the modern business technology stack

Compensation

  • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills and prior relevant experience.
  • Expected Salary range depending on experience: $160,000 - $200,000, not including year end profit sharing bonus.
