Responsibilities

  • Sr Lead UX/UI Designer
  • As a Sr Lead UX/UI Designer, you will own and drive end-to-end UX/UI strategy and execution for Activision's digital platform experiences, including callofduty.com, activision.com, and other connected web and application experiences.
  • You will operate as a principal-level individual contributor responsible for leading complex initiatives, defining user experience direction, and delivering high-quality design solutions that support both player needs and business goals.
  • Lead UX/UI strategy and execution for large-scale digital platform initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end experience design across web and application-based products.
  • Create high-quality UX flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and Marketing stakeholders to define and deliver digital experiences.
  • Own design decisions and provide clear rationale informed by user behavior, research, analytics, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
  • Lead design critiques and contribute to raising overall craft quality across the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for digital products and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.

Compensation

  • In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $114,080.00 - $211,048.00 Annual.
