About the role

- An Undergraduate Online Enrollment Counselor coordinates admissions processes toward the enrollment of qualified undergraduate online students.
Responsibilities
- Manages admissions process, including inquiries, correspondence, collection, and maintaining admissions data.
- Collaboration with academic departments and administration on a regular basis and the ability to build/maintain positive relationships.
- Receives and uploads student admissions documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must possess good people skills, the ability to communicate honestly and with tact for students who may not qualify for admissions.
- Proficient in computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must show initiative, adaptability, resourcefulness, dependability, and ability to act.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
