Requirements

Proven Leadership: 5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results
Deeply Analytical: You are a data-obsessed problem solver who doesn't just look at dashboards but interrogates the "why" behind the numbers.
Customer-obsession: You have a passion for speaking directly with your users and personally conducting user research.
Strategic Versatility: You are a "smart generalist" who can be thrown at any complex problem-whether it's a technical architectural hurdle or a brand-new market opportunity-and figure it out.
Most US-based positions can also be performed remotely (any exceptions will be noted in the Minimum Qualifications below.)
You have a passion for speaking directly with your users and personally conducting user research.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and execution for one of these two areas, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and scale experiences that improve employer outcomes and drive business growth.
