  • Lead Core Product Areas:
  • You will have a deep understanding of the metrics that drive your product area.
  • Lean into ZipRecruiter's AI-first DNA to build personalized, proactive experiences that act like a personal recruiter for every seeker.
  • Partner closely with job-seeker-side product teams to ensure a healthy, balanced marketplace where employer and seeker actions lead to successful hires.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results
  • Deeply Analytical: You are a data-obsessed problem solver who doesn't just look at dashboards but interrogates the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Customer-obsession: You have a passion for speaking directly with your users and personally conducting user research.
  • Strategic Versatility: You are a "smart generalist" who can be thrown at any complex problem-whether it's a technical architectural hurdle or a brand-new market opportunity-and figure it out.
  • Most US-based positions can also be performed remotely (any exceptions will be noted in the Minimum Qualifications below.)
