Responsibilities
- Maintain positive working relationships with fellow associates and keep Area Leader(s) advised of conditions within work area
- Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using CMS
- Follow and support MBCI's and Magna's operating principles and employee charter
- Follow and support all plant work rules, quality and environmental policies
- Supports efforts to achieve department and plant goals on Employee Opinion Survey
- Position Summary: The Production Operator will work on precision assembly or sub-assemblies of small or medium sized units involving a number of parts, place and remove parts into various production machines, and perform assembly, fastening or other material modification operations in assembly.
