Responsibilities
- Executive & Calendar Support
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars across Live, Nonfiction, Sports, and Documentaries.
- Schedule various meetings with internal and external partners, inclusive of title task forces, post mortems, core meetings, creative walkthroughs and more. Connecting production companies, talent representatives, filmmakers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including meeting preparation, correspondence, document management, and team information organization to leadership and the larger Nonfiction Live Marketing pod.
- Maintain and distribute team resources and reporting materials per project allocation.
- Support team communications and help ensure information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
- Manage space planning and office moves for the team.
- Manage logistics including room bookings, agendas, materials, catering, technology needs, and attendee communications.
- Support leadership meetings by preparing materials, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up actions as needed.
- Manage Creative Review agenda.
Requirements
- You are a highly organized and proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Knowledge supporting global leadership and/or team, optimizing across time zones, regional and cultural nuances, to set up engagements for success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
Nice to have
- Experience in administrative assistant roles supporting multiple leaders simultaneously, a focus on entertainment, marketing or advertising agencies a plus
Compensation
- $38k-$71k
